Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations will only be refunded if accommodation is rebooked or at management discretion less $20.00 administration fees.
Guest who fail to arrive on the day of their booking will be charged 50% of the accommodation or the first nights accommodation whichever is greater.
You must produce photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on this booking and the operator will take and retain a copy of this ID to accompany your registration and you may be required to provide a security deposit at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
